What you now own
Angelite is one application with two faces: the storefront your customers browse, and the admin dashboard your team runs it from. This page maps the whole platform before the chapters that follow go through it area by area.
You and your team fully own and control both sides of the platform, in your own languages and currencies, with no separate tool needed for each job. Every product record, customer record, order, marketing tool and report lives in one connected system, not a patchwork of plugins from different vendors.
The platform supports multiple currencies, shown to a shopper in the currency she chooses while every figure in your dashboard consolidates back into a single base currency, and reads naturally in both English and Arabic, including full right to left layout, from the same set of records with nothing duplicated between languages.
Every part of the platform is built to run without a developer standing beside you. You add products, adjust settings, launch campaigns and process orders yourself, straight from the dashboard, and each chapter that follows takes one part of the platform and explains it in plain language, shows you exactly where it lives in your dashboard, and pictures it on your own live store.
Everything documented in this guide lives on one of two surfaces. The storefront is the public shop: what a customer sees, searches and buys from, in the language and currency she chooses. The admin dashboard is your side: where your team lists products, processes orders, runs marketing, and configures every setting. The final chapter, Behind the Scenes, describes the machinery that sits underneath both surfaces and that you will rarely see directly, but that keeps everything else correct and reliable.
Four records form the base of the platform, and every other feature is built on top of them. First, a product catalog: the place you describe each product, set its price, add its photos, and say whether it is live or still a draft. Second, a branded storefront: the public shop your customers browse, styled in your colors and fonts. Third, a cart and checkout: where a shopper gathers products and pays securely. And fourth, orders: the record of every sale, which you then prepare and ship.
Think of these four as the engine. Marketing, email, reports, gift cards and everything else in this guide are additions, but they all act on this same core. Get a product into the catalog once and it can be sold, recommended, discounted, and counted in your sales report, all without re-entering it anywhere.
01 Catalog
Enter a product once, with its photos, riyal price, sizes and story in both languages, and never retype it anywhere again.
02 Storefront
The shop your customers actually see: beautiful in English and Arabic on any device, with nothing for you to maintain by hand.
03 Cart & Checkout
Turns a browsing visitor into a paid order without losing her at the last step, however she prefers to pay.
04 Orders & Fulfillment
Every sale in one list, so nothing is packed in the wrong size, forgotten, or refunded by guesswork.
05 Customer Accounts
Shoppers answer their own "where is my order?" and manage their addresses and balances, instead of messaging you.
06 Authentication & Access
The right people see the right things: safe sign-in for customers, ranked access for staff, and a record of who changed what.
07 Sales Operations
The daily counter work: your key numbers, each customer's history, gift cards and the goodwill credit that saves a relationship.
08 Marketing
Coupons, banners, popups and the suggestions that sell the second piece, all configured by you, no agency needed.
09 Email Marketing
Campaigns your subscribers actually receive, and automatic order emails that sound like your boutique, not a machine.
10 Content & CMS
Change your own pages and menus the same afternoon you think of it, with no designer and no code.
11 Reports & Analytics
The truth about sales, profit and stock in one currency, without giving a weekend to a spreadsheet.
12 AI Assist
Drafts, translations and campaign ideas on tap, in your brand voice; you approve every word before it goes anywhere.
13 Integrations
Your payment, shipping, email and messaging providers, connected by you in minutes with your own accounts.
14 Settings
Languages, currencies, taxes and the whole look of the store, changeable without a developer.
15 Behind the Scenes
The quiet protections that stop double charges, keep your numbers reconciling and let updates ship without breaking what already works.
A shopper discovers a product
A customer in Doha arrives at your storefront, browses a category or searches for something specific, and opens a product she likes, with prices in riyals and the page reading in her language.
She adds it to her bag
She picks a size, perhaps adds gift wrapping, and drops it into her bag. The bag stays with her as she keeps browsing, so she can add another item before deciding.
She checks out, as a guest or a member
At checkout she enters her delivery address and any coupon. She can buy as a guest or sign in to her account; either way the order is captured cleanly under her details.
She pays securely
She pays with her chosen method through your connected payment provider. If a gift card or store credit covers the total, the order can settle without a card at all.
The order confirms
The moment payment succeeds, the order is confirmed: stock is reduced, a confirmation email goes out, and the sale lands in your dashboard ready for you to act on.
You fulfil and update the status
You open the order, pack the item, and move it along its status, for example to Shipped, adding the carrier and tracking number as you go.
The customer tracks it
She follows the order from her account and from the emails Angelite sends at each step, so she always knows where her purchase is without needing to message you.
If needed, you refund
Should she return the item, you record a full or partial refund from the order. The money goes back through the original method, the figures adjust, and the whole history stays on the order timeline.
How to read the chapters that follow
Each chapter takes one part of the platform and lists its features as cards, and every card starts from your side of the counter. First comes The problem: a situation you will recognise from running the boutique. Then how Angelite solves it, an "In practice" story showing it happening in your own store, the exact clicks under How to use it, and a screenshot of the live screen so you can see where it lives. If you are looking for the answer to a specific headache, the cover page has an "I want to..." finder that jumps straight to the right card. Some features are optional modules you can switch on or off; those carry an Optional badge, so you always know what is core and what you can choose to enable.
